Mr Phillip Tan
Phillip is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Until his retirement in June 2007, he was a member of the Leadership Team and Governance Committee of PwC Singapore.
He has more than 30 years of audit and business advisory services experience and brings to KINETICA his invaluable business experience and financial expertise, and extensive network and strategic connections.
Mr Kelvin Chia
Kelvin is the managing partner of Kelvin Chia Partnership, whose legal practice extends to a wide range of cross-border commercial transactions in the region and also helps clients identify and structure suitable investment projects.
Kelvin is attuned to the challenges presented by the varied legal and commercial environments in Asia, which translates into a significant value-add for clients of KINETICA as they explore and venture into business opportunities across South East Asia and Japan.
